The new year gives us the opportunity to bring renewed intention to our practices. Resetting our attention on Right View guides us to the path of wisdom and freedom. We hope you’ll join us for a half-day retreat where we will together contemplate these teachings and practices that lead us to clear seeing, peaceful awareness, and wise intention.
In Noble Silence we will alternate periods of sitting and walking meditation along with two brief dharma talks.
At the conclusion of our silent retreat, we will enjoy a vegan potluck together.
When registering for the event, we would appreciate inclusion of the dish that you plan to contribute, to assist us in planning the meal.

Health Safety Guidelines
It is expected that COVID, Influenza, and RSV transmission will be extremely high at the time of this retreat. In order to create as safe a space as possible for all retreat attendees, the Board has agreed on the following safety measures for the day:
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or someone in your household is ill OR if you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID within the last 2 weeks*.
Please consider testing for COVID the morning of the retreat. It is estimated that 40% of COVID transmission is due to people who don't know they have it. Testing yourself reduces the risk that you would unknowingly infect another member of our sangha.
Masks are not required but are welcomed. A well-fitting N95 mask works for all respiratory pathogens and is the best way to reduce the personal risk of getting infected. Wearing a mask also protects others.
