Five Precepts

I undertake the training to refrain from killing living beings.

I undertake the training to refrain from taking what is not freely given.

I undertake the training to refrain from sexual misconduct.

I undertake the training to refrain from false and harsh speech.

I undertake the training to refrain from intoxicating and clouding the mind.

I undertake these trainings to offer others and the world the ultimate gift of fearlessness. To myself, I give the gift of the bliss of blamelessness so that at the end of the day, I can rest my mind and body without regrets.
